After a tearful goodbye to Tima and Grandpa we headed to Newark to begin our journey to KL. We arrived at the airport where we met up with Kyle's parents. Now we had even more stuff but luckily they travel light and were able to check some of our stuff for us. Believe it or not we escaped with no extra fees!
Our flight left at 10pm which worked out great for the girls. We let Samantha run around the airport and then I gave both of them some Benedyrl which worked it's magic. The first flight to Stockholm was about 8 hours and we all slept most of the way. It went by really fast. The second flight from Stockholm to KL was more like 12 hours and that was tougher although the girls were angels. That is not "mom" talk either. Samantha did not cry once the entire flight and Emily slept a ton and then just sat up in the bassinet and played. We really could not have asked for a better flight. I am always nervous about traveling with the girls but they are troopers.
We arrived in KL on Monday morning local time. We took two vans to our temporary residence which is very nice. Hopefully we will be here less than two weeks or so.
